Off-season is when athletes work to get stronger, bigger, and build a foundation for their sport. We focus on proper movement patterns and building a base that we can improve upon year after year.
When an athlete is actively competing in their sport, they can absolutely continue to train! This is when we work on agility, footwork, power, and maintenance of their fitness. We also place a large emphasis on physical recovery, proper nutrition, and sleep so they can REPEAT their efforts at a high level game after game!
